Perry, MD, FACS Dr. John T. (Ted) Perry is the founding member of Cartersville Surgical Associates. He graduate Magna Cum Laude from Furman University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1979. Dr Perry completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at the University of Mississippi. He then completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of Mississippi. He began private practice in Cartersville in 1985. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Georgia Surgical Society and the Atlanta Vascular Society. His special interests are carotid surgery, peripheral vascular bypass surgery and the treatment of venous disease.
