Grant Taylor, MD was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He graduated cum laude from Allegheny College in 1987. He then attended Temple University School of Medicine until 1991. He met his wife, Niloofer, in medical school and they were married in 1991. They stayed in Philadelphia to finish their residencies. Dr. Taylor did his internship and residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. After finishing his residency, Dr. Taylor worked in private practice in his home town in western Pennsylvania. In 1995, Dr. Taylor, his wife and their two boys moved to sunny Georgia. Dr. Taylor enjoys all of general surgery. His areas of interest include minimally invasive surgery and endoscopy. Dr. Taylor is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
